Transfers to Third Countries
Where providers process data in the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Note: the Data Privacy Framework is the subject of pending proceedings before the CJEU. We maintain Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback for every affected provider.
Changes
Customers with a data processing agreement are informed at least 30 days before a new subprocessor is engaged and may object. To be notified, write to hello@vernointel.com.
